Lawsuits for terrorism and crimes against humanity,

Today, X-Minority has obtained dozens of pages of information and documents indicating that three lawsuits, including one for terrorism and crimes against humanity, have been filed against the terrorist arm of al-Qaeda, known as Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), formerly known as Jabhat al-Nusra, the terrorist organization’s arm in Syria. The lawsuits include its leader, Abu Muhammad al-Julani, currently known as Ahmed al-Sharaa, and leaders of the terrorist organization. What is striking, based on a preliminary reading of the lawsuit documents filed in international and European courts, is that the lawsuits include the names of dozens of individuals described, according to the lawsuits, as supporters of the crimes committed by HTS since the organization took control of Damascus. By searching the names, the X-Minority team identified the names of Christians residing in Syria, Europe, and the United States, who were included in the list of defendants.  In the coming days, the editor-in-chief and the investigative team will work to obtain approval to publish some of the lawsuit documents on the X-Minority website.
