Osama bin Laden’s advisor rules Damascus

It’s no secret that Al-Qaeda rules Syria. Initially, Jabhat al-Nusra, one of Al-Qaeda’s military wings in Syria, tried to evade sanctions by transforming into Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, led by al-Julani (Ahmed al-Sharaa), who seized power in Damascus on December 8, 2024. He then tried to suggest to the Syrians that he had changed and that he would work to build a modern state. However, within nearly eight months, the facts indicate that he was lying. Syria was transformed into a state led by Takfiris whose goal is to kill anyone who opposes their terrorist approach.

Today, al-Julani has appointed an advisor Ahmed Muwaffaq Zidane who had a direct relationship with Osama bin Laden, who in 11 September 2001 bombed the World Trade Center in New York, killed nearly 3,000 people and injured thousands more.

Officially, Syria has become a hub for Al-Qaeda.
