The Biggest Lie in Human History
Social media posts are controlled by three main entities: tech companies, individual users, and governments.
Algorithms determine which posts go viral and which are hidden.
All parties involved in social media, including tech companies, try to deflect responsibility for manipulating the flow of posts by blaming the algorithms.
But who controls these algorithms?
IT experts, who requested anonymity, confirmed to us that social media algorithms are designed and managed by executives and engineers at the tech platforms.
The algorithms are not out of control, as tech companies claim.
Those who say that artificial intelligence independently analyzes billions of data points to determine the factors that contribute to a post’s success are, in fact, telling the biggest lie in human history.
Artificial intelligence has been questioned periodically—and the result, according to AI, is that its information comes from the tech companies that own it.
It only takes engineers at technology platforms to feed the system a small, specific piece of information—leading to the blocking of posts that contradict political deals—deals worth millions of dollars. These deals aim to promote a certain type of content while suppressing another.
This is exactly what happened during the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent war in Ukraine, as well as other international events orchestrated by intelligence agencies.
At the same time, algorithms provide analysis of human thought, and this analysis is sold to governments and intelligence agencies.
