Swedish Environment: double standard policy

Despite Sweden’s claim that it’s has effectively eliminated coal from its electricity and heating production, and closed its final coal-fired power plant in 2020. But even now, six years after Swedenโ€™s claims, cargo ships loaded with coal continue to arrive periodically and without interruption.

Environmental Impact: As known The highest carbon emissions come from coal. But Sweden, itself responsible for the highest carbon emissions of all by using coal.

Double standard policy: Sweden collects revenue for reducing carbon emissions from individual car owners, while it is importing huge value of coal. Sweden applies a double standard. It protects the wealthy who cause environmental disasters, while simultaneously persecuting individuals and making them pay the price.
