Does Patriarch Bartholomew fragmentation Orthodoxy?

After Patriarch Bartholomew has been rejected by Bulgarian,

Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople dismissed Bulgarian as “zealots” and “extremists.”
But why?
Patriarch Bartholomew played a major role in fragmenting the Church in Ukraine, and established a parallel church that he linked to the Western tradition.
This is one of the primary, direct reasons -why not only the Bulgarians- but also Orthodox Christians throughout Eastern Europe, have become cautious in their dealings with this Patriarch.

This image captures the episode in which Patriarch Bartholomew dismissed the Bulgarian Orthodox Christians who petitioned against his Bulgarian visit as “zealots” and “extremists.”
The composition places the petition and the labeling front and center while making the underlying objection—his broader role in the fragmentation and dilution of traditional Orthodoxy across Europe—visually unmistakable in the background.
