Alternative Syrian Transitional Justice: After confirming that the Syrian transitional government is incapable of implementing transitional justice. After confirming the extent of corruption that prevents the implementation of transitional justice to restore the rights of millions of Syrians from all sects… and given that 14 years of fighting and the emergence of organized gangs linked to the fighting have produced millions of victims at all levels… and after intensive and continuous contacts with international organizations, including United Nations bodies and courts… and after intensive preparations to launch a comprehensive legal process outside Syria that imposes transitional justice, including the participation of Interpol… to prosecute all those involved… and bring the rights of victims to justice… the X-Minority Investigation Agency has launched the Alternative Transitional Justice Committee.
