We practice the privacy and security of our sources according to the Article 4 of EMF.
This article specifically focuses on the protection of journalistic sources by:
Prohibiting state authorities from compelling media service providers to disclose sources .
Banning the use of spyware on journalists’ devices .
Limiting surveillance of journalists to exceptional cases involving serious crimes, with prior court approval .
